Patil is a Microbiologist (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. and PDF) performed Ph.D. research at National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM, ICAR), India and Post-doctoral research at Agricultural Research Organization (ARO), Israel with proficient experience at various positions from Head Academic Affairs, Scientist and Head Research & Development at various organizations. He has vast experience in the field of microbiology especially in innovating, optimizing and manufacturing of microbial solutions for organic agricultural and allied practices. He has exceptional expertise in Fermentation Technology (biofertilizers and biopesticides production) and establishing Biofertilizer Manufacturing Unit and Quality Testing Laboratory
Dr. Sandip S. Pawar is a Biochemist (B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D.) performed Ph.D. research at The Institute of Science (ISc, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai) with proficient experience at various positions from Assistant Professor, Researcher and Scientist at various organizations. He worked on bioformulation development, innovating, optimizing and manufacturing of bioorganic, botanical and semiochemical solutions for organic agricultural and allied practices. He has exceptional expertise in Formulation Technology (especially agricultural inputs).
