The microbial consortia present in AgriBact – Compostam produces various hydrolytic class of enzymes such as cellulase, protease, lipase, amylase and other secondary metabolites, which activates the decomposition faster than the self-decomposition.
These enzymes hydrolyses complex organic matter into simple form, which can be easily uptake by plants and improves soil fertility and ultimately yield.
1 liter of AgriBact – Compostam is to mix with around 10 liters of jaggery or sugarcane juice and to keep as it is for 24 hours for increasing the microbial count.
Then add approx 90 liters water, mix it properly and spray this suspension on farm waste.
After spraying farm waste can be heaped of the size 3 x 3 feet (height x width) and to be mixed properly once a week along with maintaining appropriate moisture level.
Temperature of the heap is expected to raise during composting process and down to be normal on completion of compost formation, which approximately takes 4-6 weeks.
